MCCIA Studio Room

Terms and Conditions:

Food and Beverage Policy

• Consumption of food is strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
• Only water is allowed in the studio; all other beverages are prohibited.

Booking Charges

• The studio room will be charged on a timely basis, according to the agreed rates.
• Any extension beyond the reserved time will incur the full hourly rate.
• Advance payment must be made at the time of booking.
• Any extra charges incurred during the shoot must be cleared immediately after the shoot, before exiting the premises.

Equipment and Damage Policy

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to recording equipment during the shoot.
• Repair or replacement charges will be applicable to the client in case of damage.
• No equipment is allowed to be taken off the premises, including memory cards; however, clients may carry and use their own memory cards in the cameras.

Booking Policy

• Pre-booking of the studio is mandatory; no on-the-spot bookings will be entertained.
• The studio will be handed over at the booked time. If setup time is needed, clients must book the studio accordingly.

Member Rate Conditions

• If the booking is made under member rates, the MCCIA member must be present during the entire duration of studio usage.

Services Provided

• The booking fee covers only the studio space and equipment specified in the booking.
• MCCIA does not provide any additional support beyond what is explicitly stated in the booking agreement.
• Any special requirements must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Equipment Usage

• MCCIA does not provide tablets or laptops for use with the Teleprompter; clients must bring their own devices if required.
• If using MCCIA memory cards, clients must bring their own systems to transfer data within the office space.

Data Transfer

• Data transfer from MCCIA equipment must be completed on-site before departing.
• MCCIA is not responsible for storing or maintaining client data after the booking period ends.

Compliance

• Clients must comply with all studio rules and regulations.
• MCCIA reserves the right to terminate any session for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

Liability

• MCCIA is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by equipment failure or any other unforeseen circumstances.
